Yes it rained a little in Charolotte Amalie, Saint Thomas USVI, more in San Juan, Puerto Rico USVI. It was also threating to rain in Nassau Bahamas BVI, and it was alsolutely beautiful in Grand Turk Island BVI. But it failed to stop us from having fun. We just ducked into Senior Frog's Place for a few cold ones. We had a wonderful cruise. The Carnival Glory is a great ship. You can take a look at some of the photos that i've uploaded on this site. I shot 653 photos and of course they also took some. Overall we had a blast. We're glad that you had a good cruise too. The Carnival Spirit is a great ship.
Happy cruising to the Western Caribbean, we are also cruising on the 21st of Feb 2010, but a differ'ent ship and differ'ent place. We are off to Mexico on the Rccl Mariner of the Seas. Be sure to see all the shows, and enjoy the food. Have fun and take a lots of pictures. Your going to love it. Cruising is wonderful.

I'm happy that things are on the up and up for you guys. You need a relaxing cruise, after all you have been through, in Vegas. Linda the kids and I made the 7 day Mexician Riviera cruise on the Carnival Splendor, and are going to try the Mariner of the Seas on the 21st of Feb. I hope it's beter than the Splendor. We're glad that you had a good time on your last cruise. We wanted to go on the Splendor too but we couldn't due to the accident. It looks like that we won't be going anyware for a while. My wife is still learning how to walk again after the accident. She is attending physical therapy twice a week. And now she has to see a plastic surgon for another poeration in February or March. We see that you 2 are going on a cruise very soon. We were going to too...but my wife had an accident while we were on vacation in Las Vegas this last may. She broke her (L) leg and shattered/broke her (L) ankle. She spent 7 1/2 days in the Las Vegas Hospital. So we had to cancel that cruise due to that she is in Physical Therapy now, learing how to walk again. At least we received all of our money back, ( we had "Tavel Guard" Insurance). We even received our money back from Non-Refundable Airling tickets, (Southwest airlines). We have another cruise planned for Nov 7th 2012 for our 20th wedding anniversary.
So where in California do you reside? We live in Northern California, in the San Francisco bay area, between Sacramento & San Francisco. Well by for now...Dave.
Have a great cruise on Carnival. We just returned from a short cruise on the Carnival Elation , and have already booked another Carnival cruise on the Splender in Sept. For the price, Carnival offers great entertainment, great food, and is truly a fun ship. Try the warm chocolate melting cake, and of course lobster. bye for now.
Thanks so much for the advice.. I can't wait to be crusin' on our first crusie aboard the insipration. I will difianly be try the lobster!!
