It's called Clearlake. It's in the St Helena Mountains near the Napa Valley wine country. It's very pretty up here. I wanted to live closer to the coast, but I wasn't planning on staying but about a year, But the market crashed and I have been stuck here. I heard that the market is starting to level off now, so I am going to be working like a dog to get this place ready before it changes again. I just wanted to find a place, Fix it up and then flip it and buy a couple of places in Mexico. One to live in and one for summer a rentals. When I found my home it turned out to be new, But I did alot of upgrades anyway LOL. Now I wish I had the $20.000 I put into it for some Cruises LOL

I guess she rubbed off on me LOL. She use to live in Berkeley, where I am from and I use to take care of her Grand Daughter When I worked for the School District.
