New Cruiseline: Voyages to Antiquity

A new cruise Line called Voyages to Antiquity is being launched by Gerry Herrod, who previously launched Discovery World Cruises, Orient Lines, Pearl Cruises and before that, Ocean Cruise Line, all of which he subsequently sold. Voyages to Antiquity has acquired the 1973-built, 11,500-ton, 560-passenger Aegean I to be renamed the Aegean Odyssey.  She will be sailing in the Mediterranean on two-week cruises from May to November.

It's a disadvantage living in Southern California, when it comes to short cruise vacations. The only cruise Line to offer 3 and 4 day cruises, out of Long Beach is Carnival.  What happened to Royal Caribbean?  It would be nice if Royal Caribbean would bring another ship back for short cruises.  One more thing, would'ent be nice if a cruise Line would offer (round trip), short Pacific North West cruises from Long Beach to San Francisco.  One more thought!  What ha... Carnival Cruise Lines Introduces New “Your Choice Dining” Program

Carnival Cruise Lines has launched “Your Choice Dining” which provides a selection of three different dinner seating options for guests aboard the line’s 22-ship fleet. In addition to Early or Late assigned seating, the cruise Line is rolling out “Your Time” open seating to accommodate individual guest preferences. Also, under the new Your Choice Dining program, dining assignments will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Norwegian Cruise Line Introduces Online Check-In

As part of its continuing commitment to Partnership 2.0, a company-wide initiative to strengthen its relationship with travel partners, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has launched online check-in via its new "My NCL" portal.
