We are going Monday on a 1 hour trolley tour of key West then hit the bars and restaurants. Look around town and shop. On Wednesday, we want to Go to the beach and shop so we probably will do  the 3.5 hour Beach excursion. On Jamaca, I was thinking of the Bamboo Beach but also the Dunn River Falls. What are your thoughts?
