hmm... I would but I'm sort of gun-shy about it. I am honestly afraid to contact them.
While working out the arrangements, I called to speak to a supervisor because phone calls weren't being returned or emails answered ... and was told that our agent WAS the supervisor. I was told that SHE was the only one I could talk to.
After the cruise I wrote a letter about the problems to the owner of the company and got NO response, which just led me to believe that either he didn't care, or she is that influential. Several people in our group complained about our treatment with no response from Mr. Fox. This was my 3rd cruise using them and it was VERY disappointing. We had people from across the US, Canada, & England. It wasn't just "me" as far as running into problems with her.
They do have the BEST rates and the BEST system for booking groups, but it was not a pleasant experience to say the least.
So... sadly enough, I'm going to look around.
