I have talked to several people who's having issues with cruises on Costa after what happened to Concordia. I don't really get that since it was an error caused by the captain. Is Costa to blame for that?

I don’t think it can be viewed as anything other than an isolated incident. If anything, Costa will be the safest cruise line now.
