I did a New Years Eve cruise on the Windstar, out of Barbados.  I love this kind of cruising.  No entertainment to speak of, early to bed early to rise kind of folks.  The crew put on a show for New Years, we were anchored off Bequia, supposed to sail at 6pm but the Captain heard they were doing fireworks at midnight so we sailed to fireworks.  WOW !  I want to cruise the Greek Isles with Windstar next...perfect for this kind of ship, but would certainly do the Med or Carribean again.
