Here is a link to the recipe I found. Don't know if it's as good though?

Hope this helps?

My wife said she enjoys all the food as long as she doesn't have to cook it and clean up after!!

Rita has never met a dessert she didn't like! Her problem is choosing just one! That hot melting chocolate would be hard for her not to choose!
My favorites are the appetizers and the cold soups. We get cold soups around here unintentionally!

Fast dancing is the second best form of exercise,

slow dancing leads to the first!

The chocolate melting cake is to die for. Nothing like anything I have ever had before. On our cruise last week it was on the dinner menu every night.

My wife absolutely loved the soups. I loved the flat iron steaks, though I've had great steaks in resturants the 3 flat irons I had on Carnival were all consistant and thats half the battle of a great steak. Our servers would always bring extra desserts to our table of six so not only did we get to try a new dessert every night we also got to have melting cake as well. If by chance you missed out you could always find several in the lido deck Windows of the Sea resturant after dinner service was complete.

I asked them for the recipe and the waiter said, "NO problem".

He returned about 10 minutes later with the recipe in hand.

....

Only problem was that it was for 500 servings. hahahaha

I imagine "downsizing" it might create a few errors.

Here is the original warm melting chocolate cake recipe   (according to examiner.com)

It's pretty much like the one cbotts linked to above, except for a difference in the baking time..

I have to say, the cold Strawberry bisque is very good on RCI, then again, I can't remember anything I disliked...

Happy Sailing from Jenn and DH (Mike)!

We had a great time on Carnival (2 adults, 5 teenagers). The ship had a dance club which the kids loved and besides the formal dining room there were pizza and burger places where they could eat 24 hours a day. If you have smaller kids I've heard that Disney is great, but I haven't tried them.
