We are somewhat of a newbies to cruising having been on only two cruises. Our first was aboard Cunard’s Vistafjord March 6th through the 20th of 1993. Our second was aboard Carnival’s Celebration May 20th through the 25th of 2006. While there are enormous differences between the ships and years, we are glad to have the opportunity to cruise once again on November 1st 2009 on Carnival’s Conquest. After being in a committed relationship for 31 years we are pretty easy going people and cruising appeals to us as becoming our preferred style of vacationing. And the fact that “cruisers” tend to be lovely, fun loving people makes it even more attractive. We look forward to testing the waters (pun intended) by selecting several cruise lines for the future. So undoubtedly we will be full of questions. I (Lynn) am retired and Jon continues to work in the field of his first love, music. So that is a little about us and we look forward to meeting many interesting people.
